To schedule delivery, you may choose a date and delivery option during checkout. If our schedule is full, we’ll arrange another day at no extra cost. Delivery and collection in Auckland is $55.00.

We deliver on Mon, Tue, Wed, and Fri between 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Please tell us in advance where to leave or collect the item/s if you won’t be home on the delivery day.

Generally, the standard hire period for equipment is 6 weeks after surgery and 4-6 weeks after an accident.

Please check with your healthcare provider to confirm which is best to suit your needs.

If unsure, call us on 0800 247472 or your treatment provider for assistance.

If you need to extend your equipment booking, contact us right away. We’ll check availability and charge your original payment method or send you a payment link for the extra time.

If you don’t need the equipment for the entire booking, just inform us.

We’ll refund the unused portion and arrange for collection or return to our office.
